Did you know Jim's Jerky creates a fantastic Kangaroo Jerky? Australia's first protein; kangaroo meat is high in protein, low in fat and extremely sustainable. Jim's Jerky has been working with fantastic family-owned company Warroo Game Meats, based in Surat in outback Queensland for a number of years and I'd love to share their inspirational story below:
